Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By creating a Mayloo account or using the Mayloo platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Mayloo on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Mayloo provides inventory management, point-of-sale, purchasing, and accounting software as a web-based service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion with reasonable notice. During the Early Access period, all plans are provided free of charge. Pricing will be communicated before paid plans take effect.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and the accuracy of the business data you enter. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Mayloo is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Mayloo only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the platform to store or transmit illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, interfere with the operation of the service, or resell access to the platform without our written permission.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all business data you enter into Mayloo. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You can export your data at any time. When you delete your account, we will delete your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mayloo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we are not liable for business decisions made based on data in the platform, losses resulting from service downtime or data errors, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of Mayloo shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
