Common questions about pricing & plans

How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with 30 days of the Grow plan, free. You do not need a card to sign up, and you can use everything in Grow during the trial.
What happens when my trial or plan ends?
Your account becomes read-only. You can still sign in and see all your data, but you cannot record sales or make changes until you pay for a plan. Nothing is deleted.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. In the Mayloo web app, open Settings, then Upgrade, choose a plan, and tap the WhatsApp button. We send our bank details, and your plan is active as soon as we see the transfer, usually within one business day. No card is needed.
Does my plan renew automatically, and can I get a refund?
No. Each payment covers one period of 1, 6, or 12 months, and nothing renews by itself. When the period ends you can renew, or your account becomes read-only with your data kept. Payments are not refunded once a period has started.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp to move to a bigger plan at any time. To move to a smaller plan, choose it when your current period ends.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose Start if you run one shop with up to 1,000 products and a team of 2, including you. Choose Grow if you have more products or a team of up to 6, or if you want to see your profit and bring in your accountant. Choose Scale if you have more than one branch or more than 6 team members. Enterprise is for businesses with more than 4 branches or more than 20 team members.
What happens if I reach a plan limit?
You keep everything you already have, but you cannot add more products, customers, suppliers, team members, or branches until you move to a bigger plan. Nothing is removed. The owner counts as one team member.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use secure cloud infrastructure and never sell your business data.
